You won’t just be selling software, you’ll be helping large, global organisations reimagine how they manage governance and compliance through Kube, our intelligent entity management platform.

We’re now looking for a driven, curious, and creative Enterprise Account Executive to help us share the Kuberno story and bring new customers into the fold.

What you’ll be doing
· Identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential enterprise customers following the Kuberno sales cadence;
· Leading insightful, engaging product demos and discussions with senior decision-makers;
· Navigating complex sales cycles and collaborating across teams to deliver a streamlined experience from first contact through to onboarding;
· Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to support continuous improvement across our product and sales processes;
· Working closely with marketing and customer success to build momentum, sharpen our value proposition, and drive sustainable growth;
· Using data and analytics to help shape, measure, and improve the customer acquisition experience;
What we’re looking for
We don’t have a strict checklist. Your mindset and motivation matter most but the role is best suited to someone with:
· Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, ideally within complex or consultative sales cycles;
· A proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes;
· A target-driven approach, balanced with integrity and genuine curiosity about customer challenges;
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a natural ability to lead engaging demos and discussions;
· Strong self-organisation and accountability, thriving in a dynamic environment with plenty of autonomy;
· A growth mindset and passion for learning, we’re evolving fast, and we want you to grow with us;
We'd be especially excited if you have:
· Experience selling into large, global organisations;
· Experience utilising established sales methodologies;
· An interest in governance, compliance, or how technology can help teams #RethinkCoSecs;
· A background in SaaS, legaltech, or enterprise technology solutions.

Location
The role will primarily be home based, but you should be willing and able to travel to London for a day on a monthly basis for team meetings. In addition to any team meetings, you may also be required to travel to customer sites for face-to-face meetings. These would typically be ad-hoc and set up on request of the customer.
