Head of Marketing
Kuberno is building the category-defining governance platform for enterprise legal, company secretarial and finance teams.
Series A backed, trusted by FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations and growing fast, we’re now looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Head of Marketing to define how Kuberno shows up in the market and build a repeatable inbound demand engine.
This is not a “content owner” or “campaign manager” role.
It is a role for someone who wants real ownership.
What you’ll do
- Own marketing end-to-end: positioning, messaging, demand gen and performance
- Build a focused inbound engine that supports enterprise sales
- Clarify Kuberno’s narrative and ICP, working closely with the Founders and Sales
- Create and ship high-quality content yourself (at least initially)
- Turn events, partnerships and market presence into trust, authority and pipeline
- Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and double down on impact
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role. You’ll be expected to set direction and execute, especially in the early phase.
Who this is for
- 7–10+ years’ B2B SaaS marketing experience (enterprise a big plus)
- Proven experience building real demand generation, not just activity
- Strong narrative instincts and commercial judgement
- Comfortable marketing into complex, regulated buying environments
- Happy operating without layers, playbooks or perfect information
This could suit:
- A Head of Marketing who wants more autonomy and impact
- Or someone stepping into their first HoM role, ready to fully own the function
Why Kuberno:
At Kuberno, you won’t just be producing content or running campaigns. You’ll be defining the company’s voice, building trust in the market, and creating a marketing engine that truly supports growth.

Confidence can sometimes hold people back from applying but there’s no such thing as a “perfect” candidate. However you identify and whatever your background, if this role excites you and you’re motivated by ownership and impact, we’d love to hear from you.
